One address, no form, no ticket system. Nathan Boucher writes the site and reads the mail, from Canada. A reply normally goes out inside two working days; if the answer depends on re-reading a store listing or replaying a chapter, it takes the rest of the week and you will be told that rather than left waiting.
Where each kind of message ends up
Most of what arrives at this address belongs somewhere else, which is nobody's fault — the site sits next to a store and gets mistaken for it. This is where things actually go.
- A fact on this site is wrong
- Here, and this is the message that gets acted on fastest. Quote the line and say what your own store listing shows.
- A purchase, a refund, a charge you do not recognise
- Google Play support, through the Play Store app or play.google.com. Nothing about a transaction is visible from this side and no record of one exists here.
- A crash, a lost save, a chapter that will not unlock
- The developer. Both studios list a support address on their own Google Play page, which is also the only channel that can see your account.
- A trademark or image claim
- Here, in writing, following what the Legal Notice asks for. Material comes down while the claim is looked at, not after.
- A request under PIPEDA
- Here. Ask what is held from your correspondence, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted, and it is done. There is nothing else on you to ask about.
- An offer of paid placement, a review copy, a link exchange
- Nowhere. There is no arrangement under which any of those is accepted, and messages of that kind are not answered.
A postal address
None is published. This is a personal site run by one person out of a home, and a home address does not belong on a public page. Where a matter genuinely requires a postal route — a formal legal notice, most obviously — ask by email and the appropriate one is provided.
